Larry W. Fouché
Larry Fouché concentrates his practice in the areas of workers' compensation, criminal defense, personal injury, and estate planning.
Mr. Fouché was appointed as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia for workers' compensation. He represents the Georgia Department of Administrative Services as well as other employers and insurers.
A member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2001, Mr. Fouché is a member of the workers' compensation section, tort and insurance section and the criminal section. He is admitted to practice in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia, Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, Superior and State Courts of Georgia.
Mr. Fouché received a B.A. from the University of South Carolina (1998) and a J.D. from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law (2001).
Mr. Fouché is a member of the Macon Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, American Bar Association, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, Macon Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the William Augustus Bootle Inn of Court. Mr. Fouché is a member of the 2006 Leadership Macon class. He volunteers his time with various local associations within the Macon community.
