Denzel Batore

Denzel graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2015 and with a J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2019. During his time as a law clerk at the Houston County District Attorney’s Office, Denzel gained valuable experience in trial preparation, appellate brief writing, and—after limited admission to practice under Georgia’s Third-Year Practice Act—trying felony cases to verdict.
After admission to the bar in 2019, Denzel engaged in numerous practice areas in various state and federal courts throughout Georgia prior to joining the firm, including commercial litigation, business disputes, government and private collections, ADA claims, FLSA claims, domestic law (divorces and custody modifications), local government and civil rights litigation, EEOC claims, and personal injury claims (plaintiff’s side). Denzel brings his varied experience to his civil litigation practice, focusing on insurance defense.
