Rachel Ness-Maddox is from the Middle Georgia area, where she lives with her family. She defends individuals, businesses, and professionals in lawsuits involving commercial vehicle claims, automobile accidents, and professional malpractice.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Ness-Maddox graduated from Middle Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in creative writing (summa cum laude, 2018). She next attended Mercer University School of Law (2021, magna cum laude). While in law school, Ms. Ness-Maddox competed on moot court and mock trial teams and served as a member of the Mercer Law Review and on the boards of OUTLaw and the Mercer Advocacy Council.

After law school, Ms. Ness-Maddox served a two-year term as a staff attorney at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals’ Staff Attorney’s Office, where she reviewed appeals and analyzed complex issues of civil and criminal law. Following her term at the Eleventh Circuit, Ms. Ness-Maddox worked in Dekalb County, representing indigent individuals charged with felony offenses at the pre-trial and trial levels.
